Wars, rampant injustice, and political turmoil – these are the problems that the world is facing today. Seeing the destruction that global political leaders and international companies are causing, one might lose hope that the situation will ever change. If only our leaders were responsible, open-minded, patient, and fair! According to Salar Khan, this is not an unattainable dream. Khan’s Global Political Leadership and the Public reveals the secret of a peaceful world: the education of citizens, professionals, and leaders so that everyone can do their best for their community.
Immerse yourself in this original piece – find out how global leadership affects where our world is headed and acquire the skills necessary to become the best you in all aspects of your life. From Plato to Freud, learn what the greatest minds thought about leadership and the skills an ideal leader should be equipped with, and then test how much knowledge you have acquired with the help of the self-assessment tools incorporated in the book. Global Political Leadership and the Public is an essential read for everyone, as we should all learn how to lead better, since true leadership starts with leading ourselves through the challenges we have to face in life.
“You can do anything if you are dedicated to achieving your goals. Nothing is impossible.”
This has been Salar Khan’s motto since childhood, and this is the approach he is to instill into all his readers. Besides faith, insight, integrity, optimism, and open-mindedness, we all need dedication and determination to set goals for ourselves and make them happen. If we strive to become leaders, we will need something more – we will need to improve our leadership skills and develop our intuition. This is what Global Political Leadership and the Public has set out to help readers with.
Although leadership is partly genetically coded, we can all strive to do more and become better. By understanding the psychology of personality development and the neurological background of how our brain works, readers will be better equipped to tackle all the obstacles that have kept them from achieving their full potential as natural-born leaders.
Salar A. Khan, MD, MBA, has worked as director of research compliance since 2009. He’s served in a variety of roles including physician, chief of medicine, merit grant administrator, and interim director of a nonprofit organization in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and the United States. The contentious debate about whether or not God exists has raged ever since man first gazed into the heavens and pondered the universe. But recent discoveries, coupled with what was already known, all point in the same direction: God exists.
This commentary strives to demonstrate this. The nature of things strongly suggests Intelligent Design. It is particularly noteworthy how many prominent physicists, cosmologists, and astronomers now accept the possible existence of God.
